• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Organises work by reading and rounting correspondence, collecting information, initiating telecommunications.
• Prepare letter and reports, filing documentation, administer telephone/ fax, data entry and respond to emails.
• Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior from time-to-time.
• Filing recording management
• Recording information as needed
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Assist on daily office administrative tasks which includes documentation, filling, correspondences, coordination, calculation & following up on pending matters.
• Working 5 1/2 days a week ( Saturday work half day)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Business Studies/administration/ management or equivalent.
• At Least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate, Competency in Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook.
