Job Description
- Maintaining a safe working environment on site at all times with good safety practices and regulations, and identifying any unsafe acts or potential hazards on site
- Making regular site inspections, including for heavy machines
- Organising site safety committees and regular toolbox meetings
- Implementing traffic control and management systems on site
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma
- A registered safety officer with DOSH (green book)
- Minimum 3 years experience in port industries environments, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity
- Familiar with OSHA requirements and knowledgeable in safety practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attitude and good leadership skills
- Basic computer literacy
