Job Description
- Provide support to sales team on daily sales operation activities
- Response to request for quotations (RFQ) from customers by preparing and submitting offers
- Source for suitable products and solutions at competitive price
- Prepare costings for approval
- Close the loops of sale process on all cases and keep documentation in order
- Communicate effectively and promptly with customers in regards to enquiries and feedbacks
- Follow up on quotes, deliveries, invoicing and payments
- Perform other sales coordination tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/STPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and SQL Accounting System (Preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality, friendly and sales oriented
- Able to work under multi-tasking environment.
- Able to meet deadline requirements and be self-motivated.
- Job based in Port Klang, possess own transport
