Job Description

  • Coordinate recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation.
  • Perform monthly payroll and manage employee data accurately and with confidentiality.
  • Handle payroll, statutory payments, employment contracts and other HR related matters and ensure correctly executed on time.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties with regards to the employees’ compensation and benefits. (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, PERKESO, etc.)
  • Implement procedures and policies for HR related processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective structure to communicate and align all employees on company goals, progress and focus areas.
  • Foster great work culture, pleasant and safe work environment in the workplace.
  • Organize all employee engagement activities including festive celebrations, sports recreational club and etc.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. 
  • 3 - 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field. 
  • Knowledge in the Malaysian Labor Law and Employment Act.
  • Required language (s):  English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skills. Independent and highly motivated.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Able to start work immediately
