Job Description

  • Oversee office administration functions on asset management and office maintenance and services.
  • Perform company vehicle upkeep, renew insurance, office equipment services on photocopier, service agreement on tenancy, etc.
  • Handle purchases of office stationeries and replenish office refreshment for pantry.
  • Assist the Accounts Executive to check staff claims submitted from sites for payment processing and perform basic journal entries.
  • Organize, arrange and perform all admin and accounts document filing.



Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates or internship are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to learn and possess positive working attitude
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Able to start work immediately
