Job Description

• Provides excellent management and leadership to Media team and works collaboratively with sales team.
• Partners with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other digital advertising content provider to ensure we align with the latest update on digital media to provide the digital brand strategy platform to clients, and meet the requirements.
• Manages multiple digital projects while able to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Fluent in developing digital optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
• Researches and evaluates new product opportunities, demands for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
• Gives post campaign analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
• Contributes to build Ureka Media as an expert in display, search and social advertising, and becoming a leader in audience marketing.
• Develops the digital strategy and experiences to deliver creative connections between client’s brands and its consumers.
• Manages and optimizes on performance of longer-term digital engagement platforms for key clients.
• Responsible for the on-going management and performance optimization of participation platforms to reach Client’s KPI.
• Manages relationships with key partners and technology partners, identifies any needs for further partnerships, finds appropriate partners and manages these new relationships.
• Ensures client satisfaction and agency profitability – together with the Digital Media Sales team.
• Recruits, trains, retains, motivates and manages the Media team. 

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent. 
• IT background would be an added advantage. 
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience with at least 1 year of managerial experience in Digital Marketing.
• Deep understanding and execution experience of digital marketing, such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook, email marketing, etc. 
• Knowledge of Adwords, Adnetworks system, Adexchanges, RTB, DSP, DMP. 
• Good business acumen and is a self-driven individual. 
• Able to think strategically and creatively to make a difference beyond just the client work. 
• Energetic, confident and self-motivated. 
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills. 
• Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges. 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must. Additional language fluency in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia is welcomed too. 
• Honest, straightforward, drastic, serious at work. 
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
