What will you be doing?
You will be the face and spokesperson in offering our valued business solutions to external clients! Your main goal? To help our customers accelerate their growth through a whole suite of end-to-end logistics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales accounts and grow existing accounts both locally and in the region
- Lead and participate in Customer Continuous Improvement Programme
- Participate in customer operations/KPI reviews
- Lead team in maintaining a balanced pipeline to ensure constant revenue generation
- Formulate and implement tactical sales and marketing strategies to support short-term, mid-term and long-term business growth
- Lead team in contracts negotiation, which includes preparation and presentation of quotations
- Work with the team to ensure department, vertical and individual sales targets are met
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring, and appraising job results
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in either B2B or B2C contract logistics environment is a must
- Meticulous and process driven
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
