Job Description

• Execute on all organic social platforms and build a consistent content strategy according to the company's marketing objectives and campaigns with clear customer acquisition and engagement goals. 

• Be the brand's voice and engage with and cultivate audiences across social platforms, driving audience growth, brand awareness (profile visits), and engagement (including likes, comments, shares). Reinforce brand identity on all social platforms through consistent and strategic postings on feed and stories. Maintain brand consistency.

• Assist the relevant team in conceptualizing and producing dynamic visual content for social media according to the company's marketing and campaign needs. Weigh in on photoshoots for social channels, write and edit social copy and act as the voice of the brand.

• Conceive and pitch any social partnerships (even reaching out to influencers) to improve our brand's positioning. Maintain a positive relationship with relevant partners by managing realistic expectations and positive communication.

Job Requirements

• Previous Social Media Marketing experience
• Experience in consumer lifestyle, retail or home related experience is a plus
• Proficient in relevant social channels including Instagram & Facebook, including their ad platforms
• Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Social Media landscape and given scope of work as needed for the business
• A creative disposition; able to partner with Creative and Production teams and speak the same language
• Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
• Must have a voracious appetite and passion for Social Media
• Fluent in English
• Have your own laptop
• It would be preferable if applicants have their own transportation
• Knowledge in graphic design
