Job Description

1. Prepare full sets of accounts for local and foreign companies.
2. Prepare management accounts and schedules.
3. Administer proper coding and manage purchase orders and invoices. 
4. Maintain files on all accounts receivables and update records as required.
5. Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
6. Processing payments, sending remittance advice and bank recon.
7. Manage monthly petty cash & employee expense reports and reimbursement.
8. Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.
9. Liaise with internal teams and external parties such as vendors.
10. Any other responsibilities may be delegated from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum LCCI Diploma and part/full professional degree (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
2. Users of Xero is preferred or have used other online accounting software.
3. Familiar with IFRS.
4. Good skills in Excel & Word.
5. Knowledge or past experiences in Thailand’s accounting is a plus.
6. Knowledge on SST. Previous experience in VAT/WHT is a plus.
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Independent, initiative and responsible.
