About The Job

You will be working actively on

  • Building prospect and develop new clients (start-up, SMEs and MNCs) to generate business by any and all means available. 
  • Attend presentations, meetings, and networking events to represent UP and generate exposure and business leads in order to expand the business development portfolio.
  • Plan and implement on-going clients’ pipeline in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable contacts and contracts.
  • Maximize existing key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth.
  • Play as an individual contributor to generate sales.
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive business objectives of building community in a new market.
  •  Actively generate leads for corporate events through proactive and aggressive sales actions.
  •  Responsible for monthly updating of the corporate database.
  • Other ad hoc works assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong business development capability and results driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

UP offers customer-centric real estate and design and financing solutions for all types of office/client needs; from a one-client site, private offices, to more open collaborative spaces tailored to small and fast-growing businesses and independent entrepreneurs. UP International is expanding into Bangkok and Malaysia in 2019, with accelerated growth to other Southeast Asian cities in 2020.
