About The Job

  • Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and/or properties including proposing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet the Group’s sales objectives. 
  • To monitor and track the internal and external sales process effectively in order for efficient sales closing and documentation within the timeframe set. 
  • Responsible to assist customers in obtaining the end financing needs as well as to arrange for the necessary sales documents to be executed by the customers with the Group’s panel lawyers. 
  • To meet the Group’s sales budget set by the HOD. 
  • Responsible in maintaining the condition of the sales office and/or show units at all times. 
  • Prepare sales reports to update the HOD on a regular basis 
  • Monitor and follow up closely on every closed deal till the Sales & Purchase and loan agreement is signed by relevant parties. 

  • Conduct market research and monitor development trends. 
  • Advice on market conditions, market needs and suitable pricing ranges for new projects. 
  • Implement marketing plans and strategies for existing and new projects and ensure effectiveness of these campaigns. 
  • Plan and execute all relevant presentations for management and respective VIP clientele. 
  • Jointly plan and execute all creative work with creative and advertising agencies for marketing collateral (e.g. brochure, panels, mail drop, etc.). 
  • To liaise with relevant departments (e.g. admin and project) to ensure smooth procedures of marketing initiatives/project launches. 
  • To implement and oversee the success of projects, sales campaigns, promotions and road shows. 
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and organize sales activities. 
  • To assist in monitoring and providing post-mortem reports on overall sales performances during launching/events. 

Job Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience , primarily in property industry 
  2. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  3. Technical sales skills and knowledge of market research
  4. Proven experience in customer relationship management
  5. Experience in managing and directing a sales & marketing team
  6. Relevant product and industry knowledge
  7. Knowledgeable in excel and power point
  8. Fluent in English & Mandarin language as required to liaise with multi races/ national individuals 
  9. Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills
  10. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree Business/ Management or any other related professional qualification
