Job Description

1. Project Management: Day-to day management and implementation of the project to ensure achievement of project results and delivery of outputs.
2. Technical Support: Provision of technical support in the development of project activities and knowledge products including monitoring and evaluation.
3. Knowledge Management: Facilitation of knowledge building and sharing, guidance to all stakeholders on project management and operational matters.
4. Partnership: Support partnership activities at project level. 

Job Requirements

• MA degree in Conservation Biology, Ecology, Environmental/Natural Resource Economics, Environmental Science or other closely related field; 
• A minimum 2 years (with Masters) and 7 years (with Bachelor) of relevant experience at the national and/or international level in project management, accounting, finance, operations, administration or audit services of which at least 1 year working in biodiversity and ecosystems ;
• Experience in results-based and results-oriented project implementation and management;
• Experience in managing teams and promoting their capacity development;
• Experience in overseeing and guiding the development of communications and knowledge management strategies and products;
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skill;
• Working experience with private sector would be an advantage;
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
