Job Description
- Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses
- Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building
- Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson
- Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons
- Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins
- Persuade customers to purchase our lessons to acquire a new hobby.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, handle customer complaint, answer phone enquiries etc.
Job Requirements

- willing and humbly listen and learn from Supervisor
- A good team player
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Able to organize, multitask and work in a team work
- Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays and weekends
- Good in time management, customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must
