Job Description

• You will be tasked to oversee our online e-Commerce channels and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the online stores. This typically covers:

1. Building and maintaining product listings.
2. Monitoring and adjusting product pricing.
3. Manage content and support ads.
4. Provide customer service and after-sales support.

• Able to take advantage of middleware tools to support on-going routine operations, develop efficient work processes and build value for the company.
• Understand the process and able to raise the necessary documentation for warranty claims, returns, cancellations and RMAs.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the product or their orders.
• As this is predominantly a sales role, you will be required to develop sales strategies to optimize product visibility and product search scoring to generate more sales. This is inclusive of analysing key performance indicators to ensure we build on successful marketing and ad campaigns.
• Understand market trends and competition whilst developing methods to drive sales accordingly.

Job Requirements

• If you have some experience as a merchandiser in retail/eCommerce business, you might just be someone we are looking for.
• If you have some basic knowledge and understanding of basic supply chain management, flow of goods and services, storage, inventory and order fulfilment processes from warehouse to consumer you already stand out. In other words, if you have some inkling how to operate an online trading business, we want you.
• If you are team player, a problem solver, know right from wrong and how to help others in their time of need, you have the right attitude.
• If you identify as an introvert and you are happy to work outside your comfort zone then send us your resume. Otherwise, if you are a great communicator and you write and speak multiple languages and have a bit of a thick-skin, send us your resume.
• If you speak and write in either one of these languages; Mandarin/Korean/Spanish/German/French/ Italian is a major plus.
• Technically, we need someone that knows their way about the Internet. But if you also know your way around Microsoft Excel or have it tucked in your utility belt, we need to talk.
• If you can manage your time, be a responsible person and don’t give up easily, we won’t give up on you either.
