Job Description

• Supervision of projects 
• Overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion
• Assist project manager on project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget allocated
• Documentation and follow through on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Manage resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Recap and create debriefs for every completed project; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share
