Job Description
- Identify and source for new merchants.
- Research and analyze retail market trends and consumer preferences or trends to uniquely position products.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings.
- Negotiate deals, handle merchant queries, and execute the contractual agreement with merchants.
- To maintain and build professionals relationship with the merchants.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g: marketing, product team and etc) to drive sales and awareness for merchants.
- Ensure merchant registration process, configuration, billing & settlements run smoothly and submit the monthly reports.
- Manage day to day office administration and operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation / communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay, multi languages would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the E-Commerce Industry and having a strong network in the industry is an advantage.
- Ability to operate independently as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.
