Job Description

  • Administer change management programs to build and sustain U Mobile Culture within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with Culture Catalyst to implement corporate core values change management program.
  • Co-facilitate activities such as organisation-wide training and blended learning (Gamification).
  • Assist to inculcate corporate culture to employees.
  • Execute organisation wide Employee Engagement Program.
  • Lead divisional employee engagement events.
  • Support company-wide employee engagement initiatives to foster employees’ emotional connection with the organization.
  • Generate content for internal employees’ social media (i.e. Facebook) which will create stickiness of employees as fun-loving organization


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, human resources management, marketing, business or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
