Job Description
- Administer change management programs to build and sustain U Mobile Culture within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with Culture Catalyst to implement corporate core values change management program.
- Co-facilitate activities such as organisation-wide training and blended learning (Gamification).
- Assist to inculcate corporate culture to employees.
- Execute organisation wide Employee Engagement Program.
- Lead divisional employee engagement events.
- Support company-wide employee engagement initiatives to foster employees’ emotional connection with the organization.
- Generate content for internal employees’ social media (i.e. Facebook) which will create stickiness of employees as fun-loving organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, human resources management, marketing, business or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
