Job Description

• Social Media Management & Design & create posts’ visuals
• Google Ads planning and maintenance 
• Workshop planning 
• Prepare marketing reports on bi-weekly basis and drafting new marketing proposal 
• Draft and prepare documents such as reports, letters, presentation slides, and emails as needed by management
• Attend to incoming telephone calls, e-mails and visitors promptly and courteously in a friendly and professional manner
• Organize, manage and maintain an effective filing system for all company documentation
• Facilitate employee on-boarding such as the arrangement of business cards, office supplies, access cards and etc.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment such as stationery and pantry supplies, and order replacements as needed
• Support overall administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities assigned by management as and when necessary

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in the related field
• Photoshop knowledge would be an added advantage 
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
