Job Description

Job responsibilities 
  1. Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner. 
  2. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  3. Responsible in audit as well as all taxes preparation and submission.
  4. Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters. 
  5. Perform costing and variance analysis for inventories, projects and its related by working alongside with respective operation and management team. 
  6. Identifying risk areas for improvement and drive the forecasting planning whenever necessary. 
  7. Manage company’s financial accounting process and ensure compliance with accounting standard and practices. 
  8. Assisting in HR role including full sets of payroll, benefits administration, staffs’ attendance etc 
  9. Assisting in the data entry in the system promptly to make sure the records are accurate and updated on time 
  10. Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system in line with the company requirements as well as reviewing the documentation as needed
  11. Involving and assisting in managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the office by supporting the administrative works given 
  12. Supporting any ad-hoc tasks when required

Job Requirements

Requirements 
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CPA and etc. 
  • Proven accounting experience for minimum of 3 years in industry or field
  • Must know full set of account and all taxes related. 
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with accounting or CRM software or systems and practices 
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office applications and systems
  • Possess strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving 
  • Able to work independently with little supervision 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative working style and team-player attitude 
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
  • Able to write and communicate in Mandarin
