Job Description
You should be a natural storyteller skilled in the craft of filmmaking and understand all of the components of video production, including sound, music, visuals and point of view.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative department to create content that aligns with our marketing plan and brand outlook. You will need to be able to produce high quality material suitable for publishing on multiple platforms.
Job Requirements
- High proficiency in using Apple Mac & PC computers
- High proficiency in using:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Excellent creative flair and understanding of current visual trends
- A keen eye for detail and a critical mind
- Passionate interest in film and video editing
- Creative thinking, creative writing and storytelling
- To be able to deliver content to various social media platforms e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Experience in editing both long & short form video content
Management skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, patience and concentration
- Proactive in coming up with ideas and gaining new skills that would benefit and increase efficiency/creativity
- Excellent communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken proficiency)
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to plan, schedule, to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
Others
- Basic level knowledge of using Photoshop or photo editing suits.
- Knowledge of local fashion industry is desirable
