Job Description

• Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique's cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure.
• To maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the window display.
• To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient .
• Offer a consistently excellent and memorable customer service experience.
• To lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff.
• To manage and supervise all sales assistant.
• Prepare new release report and monthly sales report to Marketing Manager.
• Guiding and managing boutique team to develop strong sales.
• Supervise and manage staff in accordance to S.O.P and company  policy.
• To ensure the boutique operates efficiently and effectively align with the brand’s standard.
• Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

•  Good communication skills & handling customers
•  Easy going person and very energetic
•  SPM holder & above
•  Hygienic and have good sense in fashion and taste.
•  Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shift basis.
•  Have min 1 year experience in retails.
•  Have own transportation is a plus points!
•  Looking for long term working commitment
