About The Job

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professional, polite, and attentive.
  • Responsive to internal and external customers’ call query or complaints on sales ordering, addressing concerns and offer solutions
  • Providing sales and administrative support to company sales team, attend to customers and salespersons enquiries invoicing and stocks delivery.
  • Prepare and issue sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note for customers ACCURATELY
  • Ensure that the sales ordering data input are captured correctly and preparation of billings are accurately done in billing system
  • Work with internal departments (store, purchasing, sales, finance & admin) to ensure sales order timely delivery
  • Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
  • Understanding of basic dental product functions and usage with excellent learning ability, customer service and knowledge (Company will provide product training from time to time)
  • Other ad hoc duties and administrative task assigned by superior and management 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literate & Microsoft Office, Familiar with MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fair / Good written and verbal English skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
  • Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude
  • Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Training & Guidance will be provided 
  • Have experience in FMCG industry will be a bonus.
