We are seeking store associates, aka brand ambassador to work full-time or part-time in our new tech-driven experiential concept store at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. As our brand ambassador and associate, you are primarily focused on delivering an amazing experience for the customers.
We work with some of the best direct-to-consumer brands around the world. We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and professional team players to be part of our team. Think you can change the retail and if you’re interested in working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and building your career, We’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities
- Assist and deliver world class customer experience.
- Demonstrate extraordinary knowledge on all the products in store
- Support inventory and merchandising management
- Assist with events and any marketing activities
- Able to communicate and explain Tsunago’s values and concept to the customers
- Contribute innovative ideas to reinvent the retail experience for our customers
