Job Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

- Assist customers/subcontractors with security-related technical questions.
- Perform account activation on the new security system.
- Troubleshoot & advanced configuration in a wide variety of IP Router and network switches
- Coordinates the installation equipment timely delivery to job site
- Assist with training Tech Support personnel.
Job Requirements
- Possess technical skills/ability, including troubleshooting
- Experienced in advanced network is a mojor plus
- Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as device manuals
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Valid driver's license
