• Lead on-site engagement initiatives:
 o Develop, assist in selling, and activate sponsorship opportunities
 o Cold Calling new prospects
 o Create and execute special events and show initiatives on site
 o In partnership with Brand leadership team, develop partnership programs with key industry associations, educational institutions, and other influencer organizations
 • Work closely with Production Manager and CEO to help clients maximize their returns and meet the right people at our conferences
 • Works in conjunction with marketing team to ensure alignment in delivery of the event marketing strategy
 • Develop initiatives in line with marketing strategy and show objectives,
 • Collaborate with the sales team and work directly with fashion brands to solicit industry content
 • Attends conferences and competitive trade shows to gather information on competitive markets

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 • Clear English Communication
 • Minimum 1 year Experience in Sponsorship Sale in the MICE industry
 • No Fear in picking up the phone and prospecting

• Pre-Covid Sales track record
 • Ability to understand on a surface level new emerging business trends
 • University or College Degree.
