Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Market Research and Conference Producer Role based in our KL office. Reporting to the CEO, this position will service external and internal clients of Trueventus, with specific responsibility to analyse the key business markets pain points and interviewing key industry players and inviting speakers to our international Conferences.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Research outputs encompassing data collection, interpretation, analysis, reports or papers, presentations and recommendations
- Maintaining and building databases of clients who were researched
- Cold Calling Potential Speakers and inviting to Speak on our global programs
- Negotiating with Speakers
- Content Writing.
- Running the Conference
- Running events Virtually
Job Requirements
What you will need to succeed.
- Ability to think logically and creatively
- Report Writing Skills
- Presentation to management
- A high standard of analytical skills and computer literacy (particularly Excel)
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision along with a capacity to build robust relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential.
