Job Requirements
Additional Requirements Include:
- Conference development experience (researching and developing the intellectual content of the conference, NOT the logistical planning aspect)
- Ability to conduct in-depth phone and in-person research interviews with business executives
- Ability to translate key business issues into profit-focused, commercially-viable conferences
- Exceptional organizational & communication skills
- Superior research and writing skills
- Strong networking & relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and enforce tight deadlines
- Bachelors degree and/or advanced degree
Salary info:
First year income (event fee + profitshare/commissions)
