Trueventus is seeking full-time sales person to sell delegates and sponsorship space, role is based in KL Sentral and we are looking for energetic, honest, hardworking people with the right attitude to work with the business and help grow the business and grow with it. In this role you’ll earn salary + commission.
The role of the Conference Sales Executive is to generate revenue on behalf of the business by selling marketing and business development opportunities for various conferences in the form of sponsorship packages and delegate spots. Conference sales is conceptual selling. It is imperative that you be familiar with and have experience of value based selling and SPIN selling methodologies and able to demonstrate using them in your telephonic conversations with prospects.
- As a sales associate you are expected to spend most of your time making phone calls thus you should be comfortable talking over the phone, explaining complex ideas and business topics over the phone.
- Not afraid to hear “No” and are tenacious to carry on making calls after rejections.
- Make cold calls to decision makers, follow up with prospects and close deals.
- You need to achieve your target and the business will provide lists to ensure help you achieve those targets but you will be required to build your own lists and find prospects.
- The role requires the person to be well mannered, able to communicate effectively and clearly, persistent and used to making cold calls to sell your products.
- You will be expected to achieve your conference and monthly targets throughout the year and maintain consistency of output throughout.
