Job Description
- Handling the full sets of accounts including account receivable, account payable and bank reconciliations
- Preparing sales invoice, receipt and other accounting documents
- Handling the submission of SST to the KASTAM
- Managing the full spectrum of payroll process
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and submission of related statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN)
- Liaise with banker, government authority, company secretary, auditor and tax agent
- Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Business Studies/ Administration/Management/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll Software will be an added advantage
- Priority to those who are able to commence work IMMEDIATELY
