• Support the Sales Team in administrative duties 
• Meeting customers to understand user's requirement and preparing technical proposals. 
• Support Sales Team in tendering and bidding process. 
• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstration and technical clarification. 
• Drive and manage project implementation and ensure successful project installation. 
• Conduct Users' training to Customers.
