Job Description
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET;
- Perform program maintenance, modifications, and enhancements to new/existing systems through programming, testing, documenting, and training users;
- Maintain the existing system by identifying and correcting software defects;
- Confer with user personnel and department representatives in resolving questions of program/system intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, and inclusion of internal checks and controls;
- Communicate and work as needed with any internal/external customers with a more senior developer/engineer or manager present;
- Ability to effectively manage time while working on multiple assignments with guidance as to relative priorities of assignments;
- Team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships;
- Adequate written and verbal communication skills, adequate business and technical writing;
- Collaborate efficiently with teammates to deliver high-quality products/solutions
- Provides on-call programming support and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Performs other duties as assigned by management;
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or related discipline is desired
- At least one (1) years’ experience in Software Developer, or Software Engineering
- Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply (Junior)
- Applicable for Malaysian
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server Backend (database management, T-SQL, SQL Queries, store procedures, functions, and views)
- Proficiency in API and Entity Framework is an advantage
- Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
- Able to work in a high-pressured environment and fast-paced industry
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables
- Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
