About The Job

Sales Executives are the key point of contact between Triniaire and its customers. They will be given the responsibility to achieve sales and marketing objectives with our partners in the retail channel (i.e. pharmacies & specialty stores). 

Sales performance will be rewarded with good remuneration and career progression within an exciting industry. Promotional prospects for Sales Executives are excellent - progression can be into senior sales roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management. 

What is the Job Role? 
  • Sales of natural products - health supplements and body care products
  • Plan and execute sales activities & customer visits
  • Achieve sales and collections targets
  • Establish new distribution points
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • To gain good product knowledge and promote brand awareness
  • Ensure orders, enquiries and complaints are followed through satisfactorily
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and product launch events
  • Always alert to market trends (i.e. competitors, customer needs, etc.) and provide feedback to management
  • Provide creative and effective suggestions to improve sales
  • Proper management of sales tools and timely submission of sales reports

Job Requirements

Who Are We Looking For? 
  • Someone who is passionate about sales and believes in the importance of good health & wellness
  • Independent, results-oriented and works well in teams
  • Has good communication skills in English, BM or Chinese
  • Willing to travel extensively in KL and Selangor (Klang Valley) and occasionally outstation
  • Has own transport and a valid driving license
  • No experience required and candidates from all backgrounds are welcome, however experience in FMCG or retail pharmacy sales will be a major plus
  • Background in health or science would be helpful but not necessary
  • Science graduates in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Biology or Chemistry are encouraged to apply
