Job Description
Overview:
The Head of Operation will perform all the functions listed below and others as may be directed by the director and executive team. The candidate will work directly with TRIBE’s executive team across all aspects of the organisation’s current respective operational and management needs as well as the growth and expansion opportunities for the business. The role is a combination of Chief of Staff, Business Development, Business Operations, and Business Analyst. Responsible for completing daily functions with a high level of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

The role is a combination of Chief of Staff, Business Development, Business Operations, and Business Analyst. Responsible for completing daily functions with a high level of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute priority special projects and initiatives to support leadership and the team.
- Assist with development of business plans and presentation materials to be shared with potential investors and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing analysis, communications and project management support of new and on-going priorities and projects across the organisation as needed.
- Research and identify opportunities for new value creation across industries, including but not limited to: fitness/wellness, technology, consumer brands, and retail markets.
- Participate and assist with management of potential expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, partnerships etc.).
- Take initiative to build the company through business development, implementation processes, operational planning and client/partner facing requests.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the Tribe & Cirque's processes and operating environment to translate into effective plans by coming up with ideas.
- Manage and prepare content and production of regular documentation and presentations for meetings.
- Develop and manage continuous improvement initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and objectives, documenting and streamlining clear and effective procedures.
- Develop and implement employee training and management to help streamline and scale organization’s best practices; help build systems to institutionalise knowledge gained.

Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of solid working experience in fitness, wellness, retail, consulting or other relevant industry.
- Excellent management, organising, planning and multitasking skills in a high volume workload environment.
- Having the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multiple projects.
- Having the ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively under pressure while producing accurate and consistent results.
- Having a strong judgement / problem-solving skill.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Positive attitude, organised and highly motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote and Outlook software skills.
