Job Overview
At TRIBE, marketing is about all understanding the people and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for s positive-minded, creative and efficient marketing executive who is passionate in doing this and wants to do more. You will be spearheading and executing all our marketing campaigns, assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with customers, and ensuring that each endeavour runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Track the progress of each marketing plans and campaigns, obtain feedbacks from each stakeholders involved, and conduct post-mortem at the end of each marketing plan and campaign.
- Strategising, planning & developing digital/ social media content for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all social media platforms on a daily basis - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitoring & analysing performance and growth strategies for social media accounts.
- Engaging with the community and monitoring online conversations.
- Maintain good relationships with customers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Work closely with each department and stakeholders, ensure the marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s visions and core values.
- Working closely with designers to come up with a suitable marketing approach that drives traffic and conversions and churn materials for media use.
- Involved in new digital marketing campaigns planning and strategising.
- Planning community engagement events through on-ground activities.
- Working closely with Operations and Fitness teams to support marketing and social media campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Either a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or a related field) or demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to translate complex information to an understandable content.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and social media functionalities.
- Willing to get hands dirty by dabbling in graphic design, web design, production, etc. Any and all creative tasks needed for content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a love for great copy.
- Resourceful, organized, meticulous and has the ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Able to work independently, but also able to organize and coordinate all marketing efforts (team player as well).
