Job Description

• Reporting to Head of Digital / Digital Account Manager 
• Account & Client Management – fronting and leading account with Digital Account Manager 
• Assigned client / brands management – versatile role encompasses client servicing, strategic planning, media planning, rates negotiation, online campaign ideation, campaign execution and reporting, competitive analysis, social media & content strategy, team management and other additional requirements 
• Publishers Relationship Management – build and establish relationship with local and international publishers. (Example: Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Youtube and all other media representatives) 
• Campaign Delivery, Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Work closely with ad operations team to ensure smooth campaign implementation 
• Data Analysis – Improvise campaign performance report provide by Ad Ops team by infusing data analysis from a brand / marketing perspective 
• Rates negotiation, booking & buying 
• Work closely with head of digital on any assigned new pitch 
• Involve in exploring new digital avenues, tools and trends to ensure internal team & clients are always at the forefront of digital 
• Work closely with traditional / Integrated media personnel to synchronize digital media into the holistic media strategy & plans 
• Involved in Agency’s additional projects 
• Input data / information onto PIN system according to signed schedules and publishers insertion orders 

Job Requirements

• Good working attitude
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
• Analytical mindset and financial acumen 
• Good level of English language, both written and oral 
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study 
• Excellent attention to detail
