Job Description

• Conceptualize and translates brand design standards into all launch and VM which includes window display, signage, interior display, product launch and etc.
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define robust storytelling and strategy across all VM and drive in-store interaction.
• Study customer journey to plan out VM touchpoint and increase customer experience within space and a considered flow.
• Creates presentation packages (construction drawing, 2D/3D render, etc) as needed to communicate design.
• Manage vendors with budget considerations and value engineering as required.
• Collaborate with store designer and lead to ensure the display is applied.
• Sourcing supplier and VM props when required.
• Store VM upkeep with change out, upgraded designs, and 6 months replenish offering.
• Oversee and educate Field VM and retail staff on arrangement.
• Has an awareness of current Visual Merchandising, design trends and digital innovation to apply and create design solutions.
• Handling any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisors or Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in VM design, product design, exhibition design, fashion merchandising, or equivalent qualification
• 1+ year experience with a strong retail portfolio.
• Experience in Adobe Ai and Ps. SketchUp software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate design vision in visual, written, and verbal formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.
• Experience as a budget manager is a plus.
