Job Description

• Handle full set of talent acquisition/recruitment function 
• Assist in orientation and the entire onboarding journey of new employees
• Constantly study and improve effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Assist in company engagement, training and culture-building activities.
• Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the human resource department.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with HR policies.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure people are properly connected.
• Maintain and update employees' personal information in a personal file and payroll system.
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. 
• Any other responsibilities assigned from immediate superior and the Company from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of technical experience in Human Resources/Recruitment.
• A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and HR software programs.
• Experience in the payroll system will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, ethical and dependable.
• Positive and go-getter attitude.
