About The Job
- Managing sales activity including making proposal to achieve sales and direct profit target.
- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
- Address issues on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Take the lead to maximize profits through contract negotiations and close agreements.
- Be the point person to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Proactively identifying areas of improvement to develop new business opportunities with existing clients to meet sales quotas.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Represent the Company to clients in building trust and create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
- Be a purchase influencer to potential clients through positioning and explanation of company products / services.
- Dress up professionally according to company’s requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the Company.
- Other ad hoc job assigned by the Company and superiors.
- Experience in Call Center/BPO industry.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent Excel Knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environment.
- Ability to function independently in multi-task environment as well as part of the team.
- Dynamic and engaging personality.
- Flexible with strong adaptability.
- Able to operate Microsoft applications.
