Job Description
Database Admin is expected to be responsible for :
1. Health check on database.
2. Data patching activity.
3. Schema deployment.
4. Troubleshooting any reported issues on the database.
5. Performance tuning on slow SQL queries.
6. Backup and restore database.
What you will learn during internship:
1.) Managing database system to ensure it's up time
2.) Able to setup DB High availability (how to ensure the database service is always available even server down)
3.) Security control on database access
4.) Performance tuning on database system and T-SQL so that application will running in optimal performance
