This postion requires great knowledge about consumer behaviour, brand and business objectives/challenges, current and upcoming trends in various markets.

As a Junior Art Director, you are able to drive overall campaign/project conceptual, content direction and ideation both in designs and consumer experience end-to-end. You are well versed with 360° BTL campaign marketing with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends across brands around the world. You pride yourself an content expert and enjoy designing innovative yet pragmatic consumer journey driving brand benefits. Not only you are able to guide and demonstrate, you are able to inspire your team and colleagues from other functions on greater creative vision.

You are visionary and you have great understanding in the importance of total marketing integration including digital marketing hence, creating sustainabilty in your creative vision including ability to drive social currency.

Job Requirements

Conceptualizing, overall ideation and visualizing a wide range of campaigns and on ground experiential within the project's defined perimeters
Understand brand architecture design
Content planning/development is key
Ability to art direct experiential marketing for premium/high end international brands
Overseeing project design through execution, driving collaborative efforts between servicing, creative team, vendors and managing all other parties involved to ensure quality results
A person who's able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas yet pragmatic
A perfectionist
Exposed to luxury MNC brand’s work and posses strong portfolio in areas such as brand campaigns, experiential marketing, events, space planning, retail touch point, trade shows and product launches is a huge asset
Well versed with latest trends around the world and is social media savvy
Analytical and able to input strategic thinking into different touch points and integrating them
A self-motivator
Very hardworking individual with good self-discipline
Highly organized and meticulous about one's work
High proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Suite
