Job Description

  • Responsible for the full range of operational and administrative activities in E-commerce platforms
  • Communicate courteously with customers via live chats 
  • Keeping records of customers interaction, transaction, comments and complaints. Compile and create reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyse data to monitor performance 
  • Identifying the latest trends and technology within the industry
  • Manage online merchandise presentations and executes effective positioning of products
  • To plan online marketing strategies and tactical implementation of campaigns to drive profitability, effectiveness and improve online sales
  • Follow up and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up to ensure appropriate actions were taken on customers request
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and Higher
  • Good interpersonal and interpersonal skills
  • Hard working and with good attitude
  • Able to work independently and multitasks
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
