Job Description
- Source, engage and manage agents
- Sales calls and develop new opportunities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship with merchant and agents
- To be in charges of sales and marketing projects
- Application Management
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Analyze the territory or market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field / proven work experience in business development
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadline
- Ability to work well in a team
- To build close relationship with merchant and agents
- To follow up with pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
