Job Description

• Assist in Recruitment activities. 
• Coordinate with interview arrangement. 
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of each specific job function. 
• Find and engage unique passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques 
• Manage pipeline activity and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders 
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders 
• Partner with management and HR operations in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs 
• Build employer brand for positive candidate experience and on-boarding experience 
• Analyse recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement 
•  Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects or campaigns 
•  Coordinate with team and conduct on boarding session for new joiner.
•  Compile and generate the recruitment report weekly basic.  
•  Handle for employee P-File document. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent 
• Basic office computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Word , Microsoft Excel 
• Excellent verbal, written communications skills 
• Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment. 
• Good time management and prioritization, experience delivering projects to tight deadlines. 
• Responsive and service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. 
• Good attitude towards learning new things.
