Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

As part of the forces in Growth division, you will be assisting in impactful targeted communication campaign to drive sustainable user growth effectively and efficiently, including customer segmentation, CRM design and implementation, build and refine internal platform and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet app, communicating and engaging with millions of cashless users in Malaysia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in timely reporting to measure communication efficacy for all the communication sent, including push notification, pop up, eDM and SMS.
Assist in collaborating with other departments to ensure CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business such as marketing, other business team such as commercial, mobility team, customer service, risk team and etc.
Assist in maintaining communication calendar including scheduling, visual approval, test blast and post campaign report.
Test and incorporate multi-channel touchpoints (email, in-app, and push) along the customer journey to increase exposure and conversion.
Assist in conducting market research for communications’ best practices.

Job Requirements

Undergraduate in Marketing Communication with passion in e-wallet / fintech industry
Independent, organized, driven and result oriented with strong interest to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill combines with high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
