Job Description
TMG Holdings has newly established its confinement centre, Luna, which aims to open its doors in late December/early January. To complement Luna, TMG Holdings also has a central kitchen, retail store, yoga studio, a spa centre as well as a retail business under its wings. With all these services in place, we are looking for strong and capable candidates to take part in this exciting new journey towards the development of our brands’ identity for the grand opening of Luna!
- To develop, design and to produce TMG Holdings and its companies’ marketing materials including (but not limited to) online and offline: website visuals, posters, banners, brochures, and other advertisement branding visuals.
- To research, study and understand trends of modern mothers + parenting and apply them to marketing materials of Luna.
- Manage social media channels and create consistent, strong, engaging posts.
- Liaise and work with third party design and print as well as web and e-commerce agencies to create and develop our materials, websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Study and analyse results and reports to improve future performance of marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Has a Malaysian driver’s license and is capable of driving themselves to work-related meetings, appointments and other day-to-day demands.
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment and is a great multitasker.
- Is disciplined, has a strong sense of responsibility and able to prioritise and organise their tasks and time effectively.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members of all aspects of the business.
- Willing and open to learn about all aspects of the business.
- Is able to interpret and follow instructions well to meet the high standards we wish to uphold.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Is familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Skills and understanding of Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro is a strong bonus.
- Has experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications and/or related fields.
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in the workforce/industry is preferred.
- Has a strong command in both Mandarin and English (in speech, reading and writing). Bahasa Malaysia is a strong bonus. Stated language requirements will be advantageous in performing job tasks.
- Candidates must be available to start work within the month of the recruitment process.
