Job Description

• Handling daily accounting, account receivables and payment functions.
• Month-end closing processes, including performing bank reconciliations, preparing supporting schedules to balance sheets as well as profit and loss statements.
• Submitting full sets of management accounts within set timeframes.
• Acting as a General HR and providing administrative support or ad hoc tasks when required such as assisting in preparing official documents or letters and maintaining office inventory.
• Prepare monthly payrolls with full compliance of statutory deductions and contributions.

Job Requirements

• Has a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/LCCI Higher or any other relevant qualifications
• Has a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Has advanced computer literacy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
• Has a strong command in both Mandarin and English (in speech, reading and writing). Bahasa Malaysia is a strong bonus. Stated language requirements will be advantageous in performing job tasks.
• Has good interpersonal skills 
• Has a strong sense of responsibility, is self-disciplined with minimum supervision and able to conduct themselves professionally. 
• Is organised and able to utilise their time efficiently.
