Job Description

• Responsible for designing all kinds of promotional material, including online and offline advertising
• Proficient in conceptualizing, visualizing and delivering design solutions with a good sense in cosmetics advertisements and package designs
• Liaise with overseas Design team to monitor processes to final execution.
• Ensure all designs are correct and act as quality control of all marketing materials
• Product shooting and photo retouching
• Follow up on color proofs and mock up samples
• Research and analyse trends for creative direction in the FMCG industry
• Coordinate with different suppliers, sales, merchandising etc to ensure smooth execution
• Take part in marketing planning and execution and to implement sales promotion campaigns
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate in Cantonese/ mandarin
• Diploma or degree holder or equivalent in Marketing or Design is an advantage
• Familiar with wide range of packaging materials, production process of packaging and products is an advantage
• Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Strong interest in retail business and good commercial sense
• Interest in cosmetics industry an advantage
• Able to work from creative concept to final output file
• Efficient and fast art working skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in using Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
• Proficient in using Premiere Pro or other video production program is an advantage
• Able to build or amend artwork efficiently
• Language Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Good team player with a strong will to deliver
• Hard working with good communication skills
• Good time management and ability to work independently and to handle and organize multiple jobs under pressure and tight schedules
