Job Description
- Responsible for quality control of contract and construction quality
- Establish and Revise Standard Operating Procedures, Policies in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & 45001 from time to time.
- Proactively identify non-compliance, run risk assessments and advise corrective action.
- Conducting periodic compliance audit and policy training.
- Monitor the overall competency of the quality assurance team in implementing ISO 9001:2015 for a project, contract and HR division.
- Monitor the overall competency of the quality assurance team in in the areas of measurement, inspection or detection, and defects prevention measures.
- Review and monitor the contributions of the quality assurance team to ensure up to the mark job performance in line with the company direction, customer’s expectations and ISO requirements.
- Prepare and review the quality assurance reporting, records and documentation are up to date, on-time, accurate and relevant.
- Monitor the quality assurance equipment to ensure the accuracy and relevancy with high efficiency in delivering expected quality results.
- Lead internal and external auditing for the organization from multiple management system.
- Ensure compliance to company HSE requirement.
Other:
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management and Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering.
- Candidates with QA/QC experience in construction for minimum of 3 years.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must possess high integrity, leadership skills and decisive.
- Good communication skills
