Job Description
The Event Executive will report directly to the Operations Manager and will provide daily support for all activations. They will be responsible for coordinating event operations and logistics, presentation and materials support for Account Manager, and creation of event checklists and budgets. The Account Executive will support the Account Manager to produce brand activations and they will be skilled at looking at the whole picture and taking the initiative for that next step.

Tish Events is searching for a smart and enthusiastic Event Executive to help manage the agency's retainer and new clients. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver on projects from client brief through to execution. Experience working in experiential marketing is required.

- Support managers in planning and executing all client projects and events.
- Prepare meeting materials and author and circulate thorough notes for all status meetings and project-related meetings.
- Serve as internal brand custodian, organizing and maintaining internal resources, effectively communicating brand guidelines, goals and expectations to resources within and outside the agency.
- Actively contribute to creative ideation for brand activations and initiatives.
- Establish, coordinate and enforce internal and external deadlines and deliverables.
- Run client meetings, and back-end communication to the greater team, pushing the project forward without oversight.
- Working with the team to evaluate, develop and estimate costs and timelines against concepts, designs, goals, etc.
- Create and manage event budgets throughout project with minimal support/oversight from Account Manager and Operation Manager.
- Tracks expenses; processes, manages, and files invoices; fully reconcile budget; Ensure all internal team members’ project expenses are requested and accounted for.
Must-haves: - 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to manage up.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects/disciplines.
