About The Job

As a Community Manager, you will be the bridge between our brand and the local creative community. You are the brand's ambassador, meaning engaging and leading the brand in building relationships with the community. You will be leading the team in all communications aspects - PR, social media, events, marketing, and content creation.

Your job includes (but not excluded to): 
  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams.
  • Respond to engagements in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with creatives and industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Develop a content plan.
  • Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
  • Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
  • Liaise with team members to stay updated on initiatives, content developments, trends and to ensure brand consistency.
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure accurate brand representation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic.
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube are essential.
  • Knowledge of programs to manage online postings on different platforms.
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics.
  • At least one or two years' experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
  • Superb time management skills.
